Lake
Arrived early on a frosty
Saturday morning to take the boat out for the winter only to find 2 tonnes
of concrete blocking the way!
A borrowed mini dump truck,
2 hours hard labour and we ended up with more in the lake than we bargained
for...

Nov James 'Ski Boy' Murphy Returns
James returns from a summer
in Turkey instructing water skiing to hundreds of adoring impressionable
young women.
Keen to ski behind a real
boat and show off his new skills he promptly wiped out on no. 1 buoy for
the first 2 passes before getting his act together then managed a couple
of good passes before losing all feeling in his feet!
Andy and Paul try to convince
us that the water isn't all that cold...

Nov Skiing Without a Wetsuit...
The end of season bash
at Clayton's in Marlow was a fun evening, the beer was flowing, there was
much bravado and the tall tales of skiing prowess were getting grander with
every pint. Until somebody said "I fancy a ski tomorrow - in my shorts",
the room went quiet and all eyes turned to David Wadsworth, now suddenly alone
clutching a pint and beginning to realise the enormity of what he had just
said...
